Roc Hopper is a small craft brewery and taproom located in the beautiful town of Syracuse, Nebraska. When we opened our brewery doors in 2019, we became the only brewery in Otoe County and the first brewery since 1919 when Prohibition closed many around the country. Each of our small batch ales are brewed just south of town at our little country brewhouse!  We offer our signature ales on draft with occasional guest brewery and cider taps as well. Our kitchen is next to none. We strive to prepare dishes using fresh, local ingredients to complement our craft brew.  If beer is not your jam, we offer a full bar and excellent wine and sparkling wine options.
